The easiest way to get extra power on these engines is to get the YPVS in the right place at the right time for the standard set-up. NO losses, no re-jetting just extra midrange and top end. Ride in ride out service, complete with before and after dynograph.

High Capacity Radiator
Pro stock pipe

This kit is designed for a standard engine with standard ignition, and gives a substantial increase in power, together with a huge FAT torque curve.
(Blueprint for max power).
No losses in power at any time.
No losses in reliability,
High Capacity Radiator must be used.

Although we have finished the development of these pipes, we are not making this kit available yet.
This is because of time restraints.
When we are able to make some available we will post them on this page.
 

As many of you will now this page hasn’t been going anywhere for quite a while, but although this kit isn’t going to be available for the foreseeable future here is a dyno graph of what was achieved.

 

No porting, bottom end or head modifications were done to any of these motors.

 

Notes

  1. The 40hp curve is the stock engine.

  2. The 48hp curve is a stock blueprinted motor with the same pistons, rings and crank. With stage 1 kit of course.

  3. The 49hp curve is the stock blueprinted motor with a 0.25mm re-bore, new pistons and crank. With the kit.
